I am an upcoming senior at the University of Illinois at Chicago, pursuing a degree in Communication. I am interested in both Human Resources and Marketing positions. Below I expand on my skills and previous experiences that I plan to take with me into my future.
Professional Experience
Real Trucking Intern in the Safety and Driver Relations Management Department
(September 2019 – Present)
• Complete an analysis of daily reports in a timely manner and present findings to supervisor
• Prepare and organize information to communicate ideas during meetings
• Communicate issues and needs of the drivers to supervisors and help resolve them
• Perform orientations for new drivers and collect their legal paperwork to be saved on file
Animal Care League Administrative Intern
(December 2019 – May 2020)
• Assist Development Manager with monthly data quality maintenance of donor database
• Assist Volunteer Coordinator in creating and sending email notifications to volunteers
• Capture photos of the animals to be used in newsletters and on various social media platforms
• Write compelling impact stories about the animals for newsletters and social media platforms
